Not enough parking spaces, thin walls, busy road, people dont watch their kids- little kids unattended often. Maintenance takes atleast a month to get to requests

It’s like living in an army base with a drill sergeant. So many things you can’t do, or have. Nothing ever gets repaired unless you do it yourself.
