The initial maximum number of residents allowed is equal to two persons per bedroom. Each unit is limited to no more than two unrelated or four related adults. A related adult is defined as either a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household. Please note: Specific student rules apply. At least one member of each household must NOT be a full-time student. Please call Autumn for details. We provide spacious two-bedroom apartments with ample in-unit storage space, a dining area, and large windows. Knollcrest offers off-street parking at no cost with the option of a garage or secure storage unit for an additional cost. Sitting by the fire pit on our outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. We allow up to two pets per unit with a non-refundable pet fee. There is plenty of green space around the property for dogs to exercise.We are in the process of various updates both in and outside each of the buildings.
