Deer Park

This place has gone down really bad because they charge you for gym and the gym is being redone but I have been here for over 4 years and I've been charged for equipment that was old, there is no sauna anymore and that didn't work very well either, there's no spa in the spa doesn't work either it has a hole in it now and it hasn't worked for the last 3 years, for the last 3 years I went ahead and I was paying for my apartment until I had my roommate move in and things got worse for me not better I signed another lease and I want out of it with this other person but there's claws I have to pay $2,290 to be able to get out of a second lease which hasn't even started yet which starts in June 30th I do not think this is fair but I'm going to do it and second of all just to let you all know is that there's some lady that catches cats in this place too and she catches them on the premises and there's other people that get away with a lot of other things too not just people that have hard times with others so just FYI if you want to live here better beware better have a good good background to be able to get in! I have SSI and I also have a job that's part time they won't let me back in here to pay my own way in my own apartment again but wait I used to have and I paid my own way sad lot of money you're messing there good luck apartments!!

We have been here going on 14 years , we have never had any problems with management, any maintenance we need is done fast and professionally. Staff are friendly and approachable . They go above and beyond. We absolutely love living here!

Needs more understanding office manager or office secretary they need more training and they need to learn to listen not be rude or pushy to residents which they area lot when i call corporate they manager ask why i call them because i was told to if we had problems not my fault at all, also auto pay doesn't work the put notes say i owe money i don't i pay my rent on time...
