Voyageur Estates

I love my apartment and my location. But the staff is rude. When i first moved in i was never told you had to have a check for the first payment so i took the day off only to have to take more time off to get a check from my bank. Than i have gotten a phone call saying my dog was barking (while caged because staff was doing maintenance ) the way she spoke to me was like i was dumb or sitting there letting my dog bark on purpose, but i was at work so i was unaware my dog was barking. I also get letters at my door every single day when i have been open about being behind on paying my rent and being very clear on when i will be sending my second half of my rent which i know is behind. But it is paid by the end of the month every month. It is stressful enough knowing that i am struggling to do my best to get caught up but to be harassed with letters every single day is not needed. Than i get pet reminder letters at my door just stating the pet policy which i already understand. But my dog is always on a leash on the property my dogs waste has never not been picked up and my dog never comes in contact with another person or another animal. So i have no clue why i keep keeping harassed with reminders all the time. I feel like management has disliked me since the day i have moved in and it never stops. I don't know what i did to have them make me feel so uncomfortable and always at risk of losing my home everyday.
