This is a very good place to live. I enjoy the people and activities. I enjoy having a parking place in the garage. However it needs to be cleaned, the sand and dirt make it slippery getting in and out of my car.

Regular hours posted for the Property Manager especially with this being a 55+ community and no one living onsite. There should be a "What to know facts information sheet for renters" and what to do if maintenance is needed. Keys to the building, mailbox, charges, and how to use the entrance call system. Recycling trash containers info. When is pick up for these things? Laundry care, disposal care, Spectrum charges, Wash bay, Pet issues/no loose animals roaming hallways/feces by doors-need containers....in designated areas.
How to move in? Suggestions on movers? What utilities to call and their numbers. Use of the underground garage with garage door key to get to elevator. Charge a deposit for fob. Very inconvenient to use the front double doors and not be able to leave these open to get through. Front doors supposed to be handicapped accessible with electric door openers?
One parking underground spot per lease. If one is available to lease than that person can only lease for the term of the current lease holder. That way the new leasee would be able to have a space immediately. It also doesn't seem fair that renters are allowed to rent a space for their "vintage" cars and have a second place for their driveable car while others who have been waiting for months for one space are left without. A black suburban parked in the outside lot for probably 6 months in the same spot taking good parking spot. If 15 minute drop off and pick up is only allowed in the circle drive, there should be a sign stating so. Not intimating phone calls and notes on windshields especially when someone new to the building doesn't know.
I had to hire cleaning and shampooed my own apt even though I requested a thorough cleaning for my health issues and it was NOT. All hallway Carpets need shampooing. Winter throw carpets by outside doors changed weekly. Just suggestions because I care. Love the seasonal changes of the decorations that Tammy does of the common areas.
