Community living is all on how you make it,hi and bye and keep to yourself.Our maintenance is doing exceptional and we really need no manager as it's wasted money.Our Regional manager is doing wonderful.Work orders getting done, as long as tenants let Curt know and he goes above and beyond,Thank You Curt and Devon I appreciate your hard work.

Nice place to live but lots of problems with water pressure,no hot water or heat issues.Got to take pictures when a problem arises or something needs fixed.Will not allow maintenance to go buy a simple item that needs fixed.Rent gets paid but lots goes un fixed.

Many things need done on our building but never approved by upper management,our mgr,janitor and maintenance are eager to fix but can't get MRDs approval,very sad to see things go down.I absolutely love it here.Safety is a must but lots of un safe things that need attention.This is not handicap accessible and needs to be to prevent accidents.I have a list a mile long.

Love the location and place in general but many things are neglected,sagging spots in halls,irregular heat,need shut off valves installed in each unit so water isn't shut off throughout as leaks arise,electrical trippers need to be by kitchen sink not just bathroom,fire extinguishers should be installed and mounted in each unit,handicap parking signs needed in more parking spaces, north parking lot pot holes need filled in,windows need replaced,carpets shampooed,dryer and washers need fixed, bushes and limbs trimmed,leaves raked,branches gathered,north entry light replaced,security for our exit and entry doors,this place could be wonderful but it's been so neglected in so many ways,managers come and go and calls not always returned,very sad to live so stressful.Rent on time but nothing but small things corrected.Very disheartened.
