Butler Apartments is a pet-friendly community where we allow both cats and dogs. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per residence. Pet rent is $30 per pet, per month. There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet. We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.
