It is a decent place to live if u can afford it ..it would be better if u saw apartment your getting first because I've been told by other residents that they had outdated looking kitchens etc..rent keeps going up every single year ...they don't plow snow in the parking spots till the snow is melting already...bring a shovel ...get snow drifts in between cars n they don't bother plowing even when bunches of spots open during day...not their fault I guess that only 2 washers and 2 dryers for whole building n every week I go one is always broke. I've called in z washer bout 15 times over the 6 years I've been here for same reasons n you'd think they would replace it but nope ..it's broke again right now ..maintenance men super nice ...if u want a hot shower after a hard days work good luck ..building old so if anyone did dishes n or took showers u get lukewarm water barely..u can hear pipes squeal from distance when u hear that someone taking shower so don't bother trying wait bout 20 minutes n maybe you can get hot shower ..air conditioner in wall nice to have but it's in living room so even with fan facing bedroom it is still hot in bedroom...lastly I'm in basement apartment and in winter it's always like 80 degrees because building is boiler heat n heat always coming out of vents..6 years n I've used thermostat twice...I've used air conditioning 2 years in winter n or have windows open which is what they tell everyone to do .
