Located at 22-mile road and Shelby road right next to River Bends Park offering scenic trails, and plenty of play space and playgrounds for the youth. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic and just minutes away from M-59 and I-75 making commute anywhere easy and only minutes away. Shopping, and many popular eateries are nearby as well as being less than a mile away for any employees at the new Amazon distribution plant. At Roma Valley we offer a quiet smaller community living with 750 sq. ft.one bedroom and one bath units, to 900 sq. ft. two bedrooms with one bathroom units. Residents of Roma Valley have full -size GE energy saver appliances, as well as the convenience of coin-operated onsite washers and dryers. Every unit at Roma Valley has a balcony or patio for their enjoyment. Many units also come with large private storage closets. Tenants are responsible for water ($30month flat fee), gas and electric.
