The property has been taken over by new management. And since, things haven't been cared for as the previous owners. Once a week the stairs and hallways would be deodorized and vacuumed. The parking lots are still full of leaves from last fall. There are also a ton of leaves in the carport area
Thankfully I don't pay for a spot. I will say last winter the sidewalks were cleared of snow during the winter. However previous snow removal company would go in between the cars and they would plow parking spots and that was not done last winter. I also hate the phone tree when calling into the office. And the last 4 times I have called I have had to leave a message and not once has anyone called me back. I also have sent emails about the neighbors smoking Marijuana and haven't heard anything back on that. But yet were supposed to have a xero tolerance policy. Did i mention my rent skyrocketed. That it went from 1215 three years ago to 1615. It's just absurd. And they wonder why they have vacant apartments. I would rather lower the monthly rent and have no vacancy, than to not make anything. This is probably why I haven't heard back about the Marijuana smell because management doesn't want to lose money on another unit if they were to have to evict them. So sad they don't stick to their own policies.
