Reviews summary

The property has received mixed feedback from residents. On the positive side, many residents appreciate the quiet environment and the proximity to Lake Huron, which offers access to enjoyable summer activities and a farmer's market. The location is noted for having ample parking, and some residents highlight its convenient access to town. However, there are notable concerns regarding maintenance responsiveness and safety issues. A few residents have reported that maintenance requests, including issues with the garbage disposal and leaking faucets, were not promptly addressed, leading to frustration. Additionally, safety concerns have been raised about inadequate outdoor lighting and the condition of the dumpster area, with reports of illegal dumping and overcrowding of waste. While some amenities like laundry facilities are present, several residents experienced significant downtime. Overall, while the location and quiet atmosphere are appealing to many, potential renters should be aware of the recurring maintenance and safety concerns noted in recent reviews.
