I have lived here again since 2023. Avoid at all costs! (Read All) No price is worth the amount of problems you will have with Management not enforcing the lease terms and maintenance issues and the building fire alarm sometimes going off twice a week. Cons: -Bass from a tenant below that took 3 months! for management to correctly address. Even then all they did was move the guy who they said as been a problem tenant and has had issues for years here. I wasn't able to get good sleep for months. Everything documented and recorded. It affected my work and everything else to the point my bosses were ready to call and help me get legal aid. -Now a Tenant above me is slamming and rocking furniture into the floor repeatedly at random times all the way until 1am. Management said they spoke to them. Nothing changed and worse. The way they "addressed" it this week is by telling the tenant "be careful about your activity in the apartment" Instead of telling them to specifically stop the running and stomping and slamming into a recliner over and over into the floor. Now I am calling the police and making a stack of reports for future use. -One elevator has been down for over a month. We have had both elevators down at times during this. Obvious messes are left sometimes for days. You will not be proud to live here because you may have to explain things as you walk through. -No parking setup for tenants. If you want to pay $240 a month for parking at the lot next to the building. The rate keeps going up. If you think you can sneak street parking and not pay during times you should, be ready for a lot of tickets. They will ticket you in less than 5 minutes. I see it from my window all day. -Building Fire alarm goes off way too often. Its either evacuate to the street or risk an actual serious fire and being stuck on a higher floor. This is really fun in the winter. Be ready to be outside for 20 minutes minimum. The Fire Marshall has investigated this in the past.
