Glenn Valley Apartments

I enjoy the quiet and the cheaper cost of living. All of the utilities are included except electricity and internet. It is pet friendly and appreciate the doggie bags located throughout the complex. For the most part it is quiet. The only complaint that i have is that the heating is connected to the other apartments. I'm in a non-smoking building (as I'm sensitive to smells) and I can instantly tell if my neighbors are smoking since my apartment smells just like theirs. I appreciate the maintenance group. They will come if i call about this, and are on top of any maintenance issues.

I had a good experience living at Glenn Valley Apartments. The property is mostly secluded and quiet, with good views of a protected wetland in the center and surrounding areas of the property. As well as this, the complex seems very family friendly. For being located in a large city, this apartment complex feels a little more set back into the country, with good tree coverage and privacy from other units. The driveway is a single long loop, and generally only those living at the complex are coming through or in/out. The staff are friendly, and the maintenance crew was willing to come out at a moments notice when we were having issues with anything inside the apartment (which was very rare). All of our neighbors in the units nearby were very courteous of their surroundings, and we rarely had problems with noise or disruptions. Our apartment was fairly modern with appliances, (washer dryer included as a bonus), and had a mostly open floor plan, which more than suited our needs. Another positive note for this complex, was during our 15 month stay, I believe the power only went out one time, for a very brief period, and as well as that, the internet service we paid for had very impressive speeds and stability. It was the same case the power, I do believe we only had one or two internet outages in our 15 months. If it weren't for the fact that I am moving elsewhere for personal reasons, I would gladly live at Glenn Valley again, and would recommend it to anyone looking to move to the Battle Creek area. This is a nice, affordable complex that truly is a great value.

Moved here in November 2022 and the office staff was wonderful walking me thru the application process and showing me apartments. The maintenance staff is also great and friendly! I have felt very safe here as well and I am a single woman. Would totally recommend Glenn Valley to anyone!
