I moved in in February, it's now mid October. I've lived in Ann Arbor for over 50 years, in several rentals and owned a condo and home. One reason I chose The Emerson is because the staff had worked here for years, not weeks. The Emerson is an outstanding place to live primarily because of the staff. They are friendly, competent, and incredibly responsive. I met with Jessica yesterday to discuss renovations to my apartment and lease renewal. She responded in less that 24 hours with answers to all my questions. Since I moved in, appliance that could not be fixed were replaced almost immediately. The apartment layout works well for me and I feel like I am their only tenant! I hope to stay here for a long time.

Emerson is ok, i really enjoy my aprtment. Very nice lovely gym and pool. More days then not there is almost zero parking available
