Amazing! We loved living here and thr staff was grwat!

Nice Community

I've been living here for a few months now. The location is great and it's a nice, safe, and quiet community. The apartments are fine but the finishing is worse than I thought (not worth the value). But for Ann Arbor rent pricing it's better than other rentals. And the apartment could've been cleaner when we received it.

Not Bad

We've lived here for 6 months now. Highway noise is noticeable, but not bad unless the windows and doors are open. We had a few weeks where our apt would reach 80+ degrees during the day. Windows and blinds closed, AC on all day. It took maintenance 4 visits to actually fix it. First three times they came, took the temp from a vent, said "Yup, it's working" and left. 80 degrees when it's been set to 70. Baffling. Other than that, we're quite comfortable here. We haven't noticed much, if any, noise from our neighbors. Parking is pretty simple. Sometimes lots fill up, but I don't mind walking a block to my car. Water pressure is weird, but we're on the top level. All in all, not too bad.
