I have lived at 315 S Division for a year. The best perk is the location, minutes of walking to the Ann Arbor Public Library, Blake Transit Center, Amtrak/Bus Station, nearby restaurants. This is the best spot for commuters. There is no parking which is a let down if you plan to have a car. Delivery drivers sometimes struggle to deliver packages. I can still get all my packages but rarely, they give up (don't attempt to deliver to the back of the building) and force you to pick up the package at a company location. The noise level is so so; you definitely hear the garbage truck in the mornings if you leave your balcony door open. Still, everything in the apartment is in working order even though it is old, it is reliable. No issues with pests or anything significant. An AC is provided, which can be hard to find at other apartment buildings. This is a good place to rent for basic needs.

The amenities provided are mediocre, but staff is friendly and location is great. Rent has also remained relatively consistent, without too much inflation.

I've been living in the apt complex for a few months now but have been eyeing it for more than 2 years before I decided it was time to move from my previous apt (not an Oxford property). The building only consists of studio apartments so it's best for 1-2 people who are minimalists. The property is maintained pretty well and is very secure. You get your needs met with air conditioning available as well. You're paying for the amazing location and it can't be beat especially for those who commute like me. Great to be close to many restaurants and the Blake Transit Center as well as the Amtrak Station (10 minute walk). It's not as noisy as other parts of campus (i.e. living in student neighborhoods where they often party). Downsides are lack of parking on the property (must pay for street parking or parking structure), no elevators (since it's an older building), no secure area for deliveries to be dropped off (FedEx, UPS, Amazon are often confused about how to deliver packages), the trash area may not be maintained as well but it's fine - plenty of bins for all residents' use, All in all, this building is great for those who need to easily commute, are minimalists, and need the amenities of the downtown area or don't want to live in residential neighborhoods. It's a great starter home for those staying in Ann Arbor for a few years.
