1025 Arbordale

I've lived at Arbordale apartments for over six months and I am so happy here that I have decided to renew my lease. I appreciate that there's free laundry on site, and that we now get Internet through Xfinity included in our rent. Surprisingly, Oxford Properties are some of the only apartments in my budget that allow cats, most of the other apartments I looked at in Ann Arbor and Ypsi either only allowed dogs or didn't allow pets at all. I don't have any complaints about the area or neighbors, and as far as parking goes I don't really have any opinion since I don't drive. There are bus stops right by the building so I can easily go to or from downtown Ann Arbor. I'm not far from grocery stores or my cat's vet and there's an urgent care within walking distance. I would honestly recommend Oxford apartments if you want to avoid having a roommate or can't afford a place on your own. I know Oxford manages many properties across the city, from houses to apartment buildings, some more downtown than others. So if you'd like to live downtown I'd say look at Oxford. Compared to most other apartments in Ann Arbor and even Ypsi, Arbordale is well worth the money. I'm getting more space at a more affordable price than some studios that are even further from downtown. Arbordale is definitely a good option for those who wouldn't mind living alone.
