Location, location os what realtors always tell you and Pritchard has it all. Close to Sagatuck, Kalamazoo and even 1 hour from Southh Bend. Any way you cut it, the location is great@

Rent going up every year yet apartment and appliances are still chilling in the 1970s. Only cares about getting people in the door. No benefits for loyal residents.

There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet. We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.
