Any applicable pet fees or deposits must be paid in full prior to the addition of a pet to your home. Once you complete your pet profile, you will be notified of those pet charges--at move-in, monthly, or both as is permissible and applicable. *Pictures of your pet/animal as well as your vaccination documentation will be required. One-time pet owner fee starts at $300.00 per pet (due at move-in). And monthly pet rent starts at $50.00 per pet. Exact costs will be determined by PetScreening.com.
