We have lived here almost 2 years. Maintenence responds quickly. Parking and the snow removal process is a pain. It is quiet and clean. Sometimes in the winter, the heat does not keep up. Overall not a bad place to live. It would be great if you had a lease buy out option.

They are pretty good at times but parking and management are bad

These apartments have such potential to be great and worth their cost, however with a lack of space and unfortunately poorly maintained bathrooms that seem to fall apart quite quickly and unfortunately the excessive noise present in some of the buildings makes this a very up-in-the-air living experience. On top of this when I moved in the screen door on my balcony was not properly sealed. This complex also has no options for those who are disabled as there are no ramps, elevators, or other accessibility means. This unfortunately makes it a bit difficult especially when you live on the upper floors, and they cannot provide reasonable accommodation should someone become wheelchair-bound.
