Management is afraid to call people who live in the building about issues and maintenance consistently has a broken washers and garbage left out

I pay a lease with laundry included yet barely have actual working machines in the building. Maintence does not occur on time. Honestly believe residents should have received money back given there has been over a month without laundry total.

I've lived for three years, going on four in this apartment. When management changed, all of a sudden we got way less communication and information. Packages are routinely stolen with no fixes. Laundry machines are inadequate and always break. Every other apartment I have lived in had much better laundry. The apartment is not adequately heated either. I have had numerous issues with bogus fees being added for nonexistent pets, management not properly managing info on insurance, etc. Once when an appliance broke it took a month to get it fixed. They really don't feel like they actually care about tenants anymore. It was so different with the initial management but the new people just seem rude and uncaring. They also do not give any accurate notice for coming into apartments, which is bothersome with pets. They will just say anytime within a week they will come, which feels like an invasion of privacy to have someone entering your apartment as they please randomly over a timecourse that long. I feel like they should work on their planning skills.

This company truly shows how little it cares for its residents. Heating has become nonexistent since switching management. Scheduling assistance with any matter in your apartment becomes so time consuming and frustrating. Frustrating because some days you never even get the help you put a work request in for. It would be nice to have a Rentcafe want the best for their residents.

Renting is unaffordable in maine. These units are the chrapest and it shows. Paying over a thousand dollars for a small 1 bedroom apartment with no parking, harassed by homeless everyday and no dumpster is a joke
