I can't say enough good things. Every time I call or email everyone is prompt to help and so friendly. Maintaince is quick and helpful. Neighbors are great, everyone gets along. Parking is good, plenty of space.

The only thing I didn't care for, besides my next door neighbor smoking cigarettes in his apartment- which i could smell in mine and made my clothing stink- there were A LOT of earwigs making their way inside somehow over the summer. This is not an issue I've experienced anywhere else. Nor did I bring it to the attention of management, which is 100% on me.
I was quite surprised at the amount my rent would be increased to if I had renewed the lease after being a tenant for a year. Around $1100 is not super affordable for a single individual earning less than $22/hour.
In closing, I have nothing but good things to say about the time spent in the apartment I rented. Maintenance was only needed once and they were extremely prompt in attending to the matter. The office lady I dealt with, Melissa, was always very pleasant. Renting an apartment was something I hadn't done in over 10 years. She was helpful and always quick to respond. The property was quiet and neighbors are kind.

I have lived here for years and have had a good experience overall. I would recommend it to someone looking to save money.
