I have lived here for 2+ years. Most things have been great, including the location the staff, and maintenance in a still next to new building. At the same time the wear is starting to show after 4 years the building has been on line with nick marks by the other apartments' doors, marks on the walls by the elevators, peeling wallpapers around certain apartment exterior, light bulbs going out in the public rooms, and a bicycle exercise machine that has gone unrepaired since it broke when I first moved in. The staff has turned over quickly at the desk, and we are in the 3rd generation iteration with the management staff. They have generally been courteous and quick to solve the problem, though there has been some hiccups in e-mail communication response times. Rent prices are also going up more than the recommended rate set by the city, and a few of my neighbors have left as a result. Highly recommended for those looking for convenience and public transportation, though some improvements can still be made

We need a dog station or at least a trash can out front. The planters are full of dog poop because people are too lazy to pick it up and walk across the street to throw it away. And we almost got hit by a car twice when walking across the street to the nearest trash can.
