Contant noise of kids in hallways playing and leaving trash in hallways. Cleaning staff is great, but weekends trash pile in hallways and the need to ask kids to move off stairs to get by. They play football in courtyard ruining landscape while using profanity loudly in common areas

I have been a resident at Gwen Willow Apartments (GWA) for three years, during that time many property managers have come and gone. However, none have addressed my needs, concerns, and maintenance issues with the same dedication and efficiency as our current property manager Ms. Romana Hines, and her assistant, Amber. Ms. Hines exemplifies exceptional property management. On numerous occasions, I have witnessed her staying behind and working after hours to ensure that my family’s needs are met. Her staff, led by the diligent Amber, mirrors this dedication, consistently providing timely and effective solutions to any issues that arise. The level of service and attention we receive from Romana and Amber has transformed our experience at GWA. Their unwavering professionalism and genuine concern for the well-being of the residents make them an invaluable asset to the community.
