After eight years of living here, I can confidently say this property is marketed as “high-end” but built and maintained on a budget that says otherwise.
The apartments themselves feel cheaply put together. A perfect example: pendant lights that were originally advertised were swapped out for unattractive, low-quality fixtures that don’t even sit flush with the ceiling. It’s a small detail, but it speaks volumes about the corners that were cut.
Parking is a constant headache and feels like an afterthought rather than an amenity. The trash area is consistently a mess and poorly managed, which is unacceptable for a property claiming to be upscale.
What’s especially frustrating is where the money did go. The leasing office and clubhouse look great—clearly where the investment was made—while the actual residents are left dealing with subpar finishes and ongoing issues. It feels more like a showroom than a community.
At this point, the only genuinely positive thing I can say is the location, which is perfect for my needs. Unfortunately, location alone doesn’t make up for eight years of disappointment and declining standards.
If you’re considering this property, look beyond the marketing photos and tour with a critical eye—especially the areas residents actually live with every day.
