Honestly...

It's like a slap in the face to see that you've chosen to redo the hallways with fresh paint and new carpets, INSTEAD of INSIDE the residents apartments. PRIORITIES SCHOCHET, PRIORITIES!! The last maintenance guy came in to do some painting and left a can of paint half full and told me I could do it myself. Awesome, but that wasn't my job. I would be ecstatic to get a new carpet. You are aware of the situation in regards to my S/O dying and it's now my Diabetes. I can't go one day, NOT ONE,,24 HR PERIOD, without dropping/spilling ect. due to not being able to feel my right hand fingers and so on. One of the employees at the Housing Authority suggested I put everything in writing. I'm hoping that this will be equivalent to writing it out as long as I'm saving these comments. Thank you

I love the new staff. My building is nice and quiet. This is most important to me as I love my solitude. Everyone is very helpful, especially Jordan and our assistant property manager. I have been here a few years and its the best its ever been. Thank you all!!!!

King pine

King pine staff does their best but all decisions are ultimately made by the corporate office in Boston. The staff is forever changing. yards are maintained but don't look nice. many things are broken around the community. there is no privacy here as everyone lives on top of eachother and buildings are close. trees keep going bad and being cut down with nothing to replace them so now there is less and less foliage to even give the illusion of privacy, maintenance is always understaffed so most things are "fixed" wuick and cheap.
