Zachary Parkside Apartments

The app is not very good. Ive timed out giving my review. So Im rushing. There have been too many property managers, each one mire concerned about profits than the property. The quality of residents have deteriorated. Residents dont follow parking rules and park in front if their doors, and garages They also park in unoccupied units. Residents jeep theur personal items in front of their units instead of theur garages making tge property look unattractive. There are abandoned cars that have been erected for at least two years. The pool has nit been open all year. The gates and security doors are broken. Residents drop their trash in front of dumpsters instead of in tge dumpster. Residents have to jaje an appointment to see a property manager during hours when most residents work. Our building has siding whi c h had been hanging down fir months Whaymt use to be a beautiful property has done down hill. There have been too many changes in property managers and nothing getting done but the rent being collected.
