Welcome to the Burgin Apartments!The Burgin Apartments offer a quite, safe, and low-key living experience in the heart of Baton Rouge. The property is conveniently located on a peaceful side-street, just off the historic Highland Road near the Lee Drive intersection. Residents enjoy easy access to grocery stores, pharmacies, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Located within a five-minute drive are Rouses, Walmart, Chick-Fil-A, Cava, Canes, Whataburger, Walgreens, CVS, Lighthouse Coffees, Drew Brees's Surge Entertainment and much more. The property provides easy access to the LSU Campus via a 1.2 mile drive down Highland Road. Interstate-10 is also easily accessible, being only 2.3 miles away via a drive down LeeCollege Drives. There is a CATs bus-stop walking distance from the property, on the corner of Burgin Ave Highland Road. Residents can also easily access Perkins RoadCollege Drive, which is home to even more grocery stores, restaurants, and nightlife. The Burgin Apartments are currently undergoing renovations but are still available for lease. Management is working hard to increase the curb appeal of the property and increase the amenities available to residents such as central air in all units and en-suite washer and dryers. Electricity and wifi are metered separately and paid for by the resident. Residents are billed $60month for water, sewer, and trash services, which are maintained by the property management company. Currently, there is on-site laundry (we are working to provide en-suite laundry for each unit), and off-street parking in the front and the back of the building.
