Because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accept the following breeds, dogs resembling these breed, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Sheppard, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Mastiff and Wolf Hybrid. Our pet policy and fees do not apply to assist animals. Fish tanks up to 20 gallons and caged birds will be accepted if registered and approved by the management. Violations of this policy will result in fines as outlined in the lease contract.
