In the 7 years I've lived here I've only asked for help five times and I've only been helped twice. I am in crisis right now because we had no work and I've only worked 7 days out last 2 weeks and I'm having a hard time paying my bills right now it hasn't happened before at least for the last few years I'm hoping that McCormick works with me I would really appreciate it. This has been my home and I have kept it up and also my neighbor has been here a year less than me and we both have kept this building up with no help and I believe that because we do the maintenance I think that they should give us a break on charging us another $100 next month for rent. There has been no upgrades or changes to this very old building that would constitute them to raise our rent. We have been self-sufficient in this building for years we don't ask for a lot and I think that our contract should include a laundry room which was there before the last tenant stole the washer and dryer and Trinity said that she would put a new washer and dryer in our laundry room in the spring of last year. In the meantime our laundry room ceiling had a leak and they ripped out the whole ceiling and left it there for 6 months. In the meantime they rented the downstairs out to a very loud band that plays into the late night.
