Lake Park Market Apartments

We have a great staff who manages to keep us safe and engaged even though the property is large for only 2 staff members. Neighbors are friendly, location is very good, close to hospital and shopping.

I have lived in a villa at Lake Park Senior Apartments for almost 2 years. My villa is comfortable, perfectly equipped for senior living, and just feels like home. The management team, although too small for both the apartments and villas, does a great job. Neighbors are friendly. The dog park and dog grooming areas are terrific for those of us who have little creatures. While there is subsidized rents, I pay market value and I feel it is an extremely reasonable rate for my charming villa. However, the description of the landscape I find on line, is not what it is. There are no public grills and the lawns in most areas are sad. (We have new landscapers and I think they may be better.) We have dead trees throughout the community - some were planted dead. There are large concrete rain gutters that have been sitting near the front driveway entrance since before I move in. There is a large broken concrete piece behind the mailbox/bicycle shed. Near the bicycles there are street signs laying there that were taken down when new villas (mine, for one) were put in. Many of the bushes along the front of the community still have tags on them as do evergreen's - even the dead ones.
