While the apartment complex strictly adheres to its Smoke-Free Community policy, it might be beneficial to consider providing a designated smoking area, even if it's located near the Off-Leash Pet Park. Communication has been poor, the amenities look like they will be nice, but most just opened. Can only use the lounge during business hours, which means never. Our place has so many issues due to poor finishing. Have no idea about when things open, how and when we can use. Have to ask to find out information.
