It has been a pleasurable experience thus far; the location is really great the price was very affordable before the increase in the rent. I have resided here for two years, and the maintenance overall hasn't been the best, it takes too long for them to address certain things. The staff has been pleasant, for the most part, but the turnover is pretty high, don't really keep people long in the office. The noise level is not too bad it could be better, I can always hear the people over me walking in their apartment.
