Huntley Ridge Townhomes

The property is not taken care of properly. There apartments are not well maintained. Paint is gone from cabinets. The apartment carpet was never cleaned. The grass is up to you ankles before you bother to cut the grass.

For the price its not worth it. The property has changed ownership/staff multiple times in my one year here leading to very inconsistent communication. Currently the Huntley Ridge Townhome office isn't even open, I have to drive all the way to Old Town Village office. I still have maintenance requests put in at move in that have not yet been taken care of. There are no amenities, the only plus is the good location. When they say it is newly renovate they replaced the appliances and put new vinyl floors but the walls, doorways, trim, ceilings are in bad shape. Doors do not close all the way, walls and ceilings had large cracks, our neighbors had a water leak that flooded our apartment the first month we were there. In response to one maintenance request I was told that the place is over 50 years old so we can't do much about that. We were also told to not open our living room windows because we wouldn't be able to close them afterwards. If it was significantly cheaper it might be worth it for the location, but as is we are leaving as soon as our lease ends. There are similarly priced places in that are the same size with actual amenities like pool/gym/office that is onsite and actually open.
