Not a good rental experience. They accepted my rent payment but did not provide the keys until about two weeks later. Maintenance was also unreliable: after I reported an issue and scheduled a repair time, they delayed the repair by an additional week. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Past management was great, roughly 2 years ago or so. Now the only thing that is 'good' is maintenance and their team. I get things repaired and looked out quickly, but as soon as management has to 'outsource' to get a repair done, it never gets done. We've had a door that needs replaced for nearly 2 years now, an AC that only needs Freon that hasn't been filled for 2 months now, a bill for an outside appointment repair that never happened, and so much more. On top of that, you have incredibly loud college students away for the first time blasting music, drinking outside, and just being obnoxious. Even complaining about his has to go through numerous management people at the office to just get 'looked at'. Lastly, the office will never pick their phone up, ever. I've called hundreds of times to get someone to get an HVAC person out, or even to complain about noise, a bill, or whatever it happens to be, and they will NEVER pick up, never call back, and when/if they put you on hold, you will be cut off after a few minutes. Only thing that is 'ok' is the price per square footage, but for the headache you have to deal with constantly between everything else, it's not really worth that.
