Everton Flats

I spent 13 miserable years in Naperville, it was not for me. Homeownership - not for me. My location is perfect, I have a 3-bedroom abode with a private entrance. I'm not handyman and being able to log in and make a maintenance request is ideal. My office is north of Warrenville (i.e. Libertyville) not that I am there everyday, but, my location is ideally located next to I-88 for those days I am up in my office. Exercise. I am a Lifetime Fitness member. Transferred my membership to Lifetime Fitness in Warrenville. I live a little over 2 miles from Lifetime Fitness; Delta Sonic - my car wash and fuel stop maybe 3 miles from my apartment; I am 3 miles from Meijer or Target; and my chiropractor is literally next door to Lifetime Fitness. Staff. The staff are wonderful. My separation made finding an apartment difficult. There were several rejections, not Everton Flats. The staff worked with me demonstrated to me, how providing a few extra paystubs could help get me approved. I was approved within days. Maintenance staff. They are top notch, professional and are personable when entering your home or when you see them around the complex. Years ago my mom came home from London with a Chelsea Lions hat and scarf for me. Being an American kid born and raised in North Dakota, I was not into soccer. Thanks to mom. My soccer team became the Chelsea Lions. Having now moved to the Everton Flats, I have changed my allegiance, or team I follow thanks to the growing popularity in the sport of soccer, and I now follow the Everton F.C. "The Toffees." I want to say thank you to the staff and Everton Community. I finally have a home in Illinois having lived her now for 20 years and a place I want to remain. Dave

Pretty nice place Mynwindows face the highway , so its pretty loud , Garbage is quite a ling walk and its outside so yiu need a jacket when its comd. Water is well water and its bad. Smells at times and leave red marks in the toilet and shower , Makes your/MY skin itch

I’ve been living here for about 9 months now, and absolutely love it. The entire complex is always kept neat and tidy- including thorough snow cleaning during the winter, and excellent lawn care during the summer months. The clubhouse and management staff are very friendly, and the maintenance team is top notch as well. 24/7 clubhouse access is a huge benefit, which includes a nice gym I can use whenever. Overall, the place is awesome and I’m happy I decided to move here.
