Great Improvement

The property is continuing to make positive improvements! I’m grateful to still be a resident.

Office & Maintenance Staff is GREAT!

The office & maintenance staff is addressed issues in my apartment quickly and very efficiently. They are most personable as well. I've only been here a very short time, since 12/01/23. The grounds are in pretty good shape and there are plenty of places to take a walk with or without your dog. Most renters have good control of their pets. I just wish more would pick up after them. I pick up after everyone because I don't want to step in anything again. I would recommend living here because the rent isn't too high and I understand that some of the units are being refurbished. I have concerns about how much the rent will increase after the remodeling. I like that there are plans to repave the parking lots and restripe the parking spaces. I am retired and am on a restricted income.
