Overall I have been happy here but I will say..the maintenance has gone downhill, I see many things that need maintenance in the outside of the complex ie; yard around the ponds, overhang on front overhang drips water and is rusting,storage sheds falling apart. With the rent we pay these maintenance issues should be taken care of.

Overall this is a nice place to live. The apartments are nice and quiet. The problems arise in the exterior maintenance, trash on the grounds and very poor landscaping.
