If you move here, be ready to hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. Upstairs, both sides and EVEN DOWNSTAIRS. Everything from microwaves, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and ANYTHING they're doing, you'll be able to hear all day and night. When anyone closes their door itll shake your entire apartment. You'll hear people letting their dogs run through the hallways/stairwells, you'll hear everything happening in the hallways - imagine being at a cheap hotel. Malfunctioning HVAC units sound like an aircompressor rattling your walls all year long. It is astounding how much noise you will be forced to endure if you move here.
Marketed as "luxury Apartments" when they're filled with cheap appliances and poorly constructed.
The doors to the complex don't actually lock at night, even though you are led to believe they do.
Management ignores noise complaints and maintenance requests. If you contact them, it'll take days, if not weeks, to get a response. Pet waste is left on the walkways and planters. Residents have no concern for lease policies, and management doesn't enforce them.
Robin is dismissive and belittling when it comes to your concerns. Katie is misleading about policies and rules.
You're required to pay for a "trash service" which is rarely collected before mid-afternoon, leaving the hallways smelling of trash.
None of the windows open, so there won't be any airflow anywhere in the complex - Unless you open your patio door AND your front door.
Maintenance will enter your unit without notice, even without knocking at times, and they don't always leave a note that they have been there.
Not enough parking for residents.
Cheap windows, plus the location leaves you to deal with the constant sound of traffic and the fire station just down the road.
Don't expect to have any quiet evenings. Don't expect to feel safe or secure here. If you decide to move here, hire a therapist as well - you're going to need it.
