Living here for over 5 years, nice location, very spacious community, good neighbours. Maintenance staff are very good and responsive. Property needs upgrades and repair in a few places, mainly in common areas. Major negative point are the high rents, that too common utility costs coming as extra charge on top of the monthly rent.
However, the best part is the location, apartment buildings are spacious with reasonable spacing between buildings. Very safe and secure, nice place to stay with family and children. Very conveniently located besides Albertsons and local marketplace (just across the boundary wall).
