Residents of 62W generally express positive sentiments about the property, praising its strong community, beautiful apartments, and efficient amenities, such as the heated saltwater pool and climate-controlled parking. Maintenance and staff, particularly with communication, are frequently highlighted for their responsiveness and helpfulness, despite some noting a less favorable experience with administrative staff. Noise levels are occasionally mentioned, with a few residents experiencing issues with rowdy neighbors and package room odor, although they also emphasize the overall cleanliness and safety of the property.
