Parkwild Apartments

Don't expect to have any snow removal outside of the office's normal operational hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. During the ice storm last December most business were putting down salt on their sidewalks and driveways but they did absolutely nothing at Parkwild. When I got home at 4:30 the sidewalks were getting pretty slick and I had a hard time getting to my apartment. They didn't put any salt down and both the property manager and maintenance left at their normal time of 5 o'clock without putting any salt down. There were a lot of cars that couldn't make it up the hill to park so they had to park in the grass by the front office. Last night/early morning we had a blizzard. There was a lot of ice and snow covering the ground. Again, no one came to plow or put salt down before I left for work at 7 a.m. Before I left, I saw a young lady trying to carry her baby to their car. I saw her slip a couple of times but she luckily made it without falling. One of these days someone is going to get hurt and the company will be held responsible with their lack of work and caring.
