Regency Apartments is a beautiful 24-building complex nestled off of Devils Glen Road in Bettendorf, Iowa. We are located within
the Pleasant Valley School District, as well as minutes from dining, shopping and community parks.
Regency offers you luxurious accommodations. Each building features eight condo-style apartments with private outdoor entries.
All apartments come equipped with in-unit washer and dryer, along with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and garbage disposal.
Our apartments have large walk-in closets, up-to-date fixtures, and mature landscaping for added privacy.
