I lived here for two years. The apartments are nice and modern. The parking is close to the buildings. The pool and gym are great. My first problem was the maintenance. The gentleman is VERY nice. If you mark emergency or high priority, they do show up quickly. However, my roommate and I had a problem with our washer. A new seal was apparently ordered, and we had to chase them down to get that new seal. We also had a broken drawer that apparently new parts were ordered. We never heard from maintenance again, and the drawer was never fixed. There was no follow up ever on either situation. The drawer is still broke to this day. My other complaint is the noise. I have no idea how anyone can enjoyably live on the first or second floor. These apartments seem to be made of paper. I could hear absolutely everything my upstairs neighbor was doing. It got to the point where my sleep schedule had to align with theirs because the noise was so bad. We also had a dog barking problem with our dog in the apartment right below us. We had left a note and given multiple chances. We finally turned it into the front desk and were told it was the dog’s “natural instinct,” which is pretty crazy because excessive barking is a violation of the pet lease. The news letters were also always so negative and aggressive. I did not like how they just dramatically changed the rules mid lease. I’ve never had an apartment complex send out so many emails and change rules during a lease. The noise and the grill situation is what drove me away because that just changed mid lease.

Changed my rental agreement mid year without telling me. Charged me four months rent + took all of my deductible when I moved out. First said that I could find a sub-leaser since I wasn't sure I could commit to a full year's rent in March of 2025. Said they would even help find one if I had trouble doing so. A co worker was on a sublease in the complex as well. Next lease cycle started in July. Re-signed the rental agreement for the year. Then when I needed to leave in January 2026 the property said the owners had changed the agreement and no sub-lease could be used. Never notified me of this change so when I went in to try to let them know I had a sub-leaser ready, 'this is not allowed. You owe us the next four months rent.' Apartment wasn't perfect when I moved in, but charged me for the repairs to it after I moved out. Thought the apartment was actually in better shape since I had cleaned it when I moved in and kept it in near immaculate condition. Had several submissions for fixes that were never completed. And when I was turning in my keys - 'oh, the maintenance man was just there' - guess he has a cloak of invisibility. I think it's their policy to charge you when you leave --for things that they charged the previous renter as well - and didn't bother fixing. Not worth the hassle and still makes me angry over the bait and switch tactics. Have contacted the Better Business Bureau.
