Northgate Townhomes

Extremely noisy neighborhood where neighbors consume Alcohol in Public, Repair their cars with Loud Music and dance at 2am in the Parking Area! No respect for quiet hours at all! Pool is closed most of the year and greenery is not maintained

Look at the Property

I think that the property has gone down tremendously. The staff in the office is not always civil. Now they are not accepting payments of any kind beside this site, which charges a fee. I have not ever bounced a personal check. Because I wanted to make sure that I understood what they were saying about the rent. It stated that they were not accepting money orders and Cashier checks. Mine is a personal check. There is a difference in the two. Now it says no other payment type is accepted except for the online payment. Which really means my rent went up. In the lease it says the online portal is available not demanded. Rent is due in the office by the fourth day of the month. Now they pretty much make up the day as each month comes. Maintenance is okay. It usually takes two trips on one issue. The drain line behind the washer is stopped up again. They came out the week before.

Love Northgate Townhomes in Tucker, GA

I have lived her going on 3 years and my teens and I love it. It is close to all the downtown action . We love the schools, parks, pools, etc.. The staff here is so friendly and happy to help with all issues as fast as possible. the grounds stay clean as well

Maintenance of property is horrible

Trash outside of the trash cans are never cleaned. Trash behind Apt. Buildings are not cleaned. Only are cleaned is visible from parking area qnd that is done qll the way.

Property not kept cleaned by maint. staff

The leasing office is NEVER opened. The trash can and area surrounding it has lots of trash piling up. Also, trash behind the buildings are piling up. Staff only comes with trash picker and cleans parking lot area, NEVER behind the buildings or by the trash area. POOL is not open and we do not receive communication about it.
