Belmont Crossing

The reviews for the property indicate a mixed sentiment. A recurring theme is the helpfulness and friendliness of the office staff, with specific mentions of Dawn and Alex providing support during difficult times. Residents appreciate the property's convenient location near work and grocery stores, as well as the tranquility of the environment. However, some long-term residents have expressed concerns about noise disturbances, particularly in the afternoons and late nights, and report issues with maintenance that have not been addressed over the years. The property is described as not the newest, with room for improvement, but it is noted as a safe place to live. While some reviewers highlight comfort and lack of inconveniences, others mention the need for more respectful neighbors. Overall, the community's strengths lie in its staff support and location, while areas like maintenance and noise control are noted for improvement.
