MAA Wilmington Island

I rent a 2 BR with a nice porch. The problems I've had have allways received attention within 12 hours. Timely maintence is a thing for me. The beauty of the property is awesome. Spanish moss hanging in the live oaks, nature surounds every side of the property goving it a nestled in quality. The pool is amazing. The general care given to the property grounds is good. The owls and other birds can be heard throught the day which make the environent a joy to listen to. The staff is always informitive and try to work with resident issues. As a resident , i feel no hesitation going to them. There is a resident portal and it is looked after. I came from a place where gun violence was and is a concern today. Here i can relax. I love coming home from work and relaxing with my cat. I enjoy riding my bike ( lotts of places to ride) anytime of day. The work out room is good enough to workout all the major muscle groups. Overall, i like where I live now. I would buy one if I could. The price is high to rent here, but; compaired to other apartment communities you get alot for the price. The staff try here. To actually get that and not just some lip service is saying alot. May you have a blessed day.

I am so excited to have found this place! My apartment is nicer, larger, and less expensive than the others I looked at. I'm so close to everything I need, though if you didn't know the area you may have to look. I'm less than 5 miles from everywhere I need to go, and the amenities are worth a bundle that you save here! Even the parking lot view is not just looking at a parking lot, and it fits my furniture. The staff, Kelly and Melanie, have been incredible about keeping me posted and literally saved me hundred if not thousands. They enjoy their jobs and that makes a major difference, especially knowing how much they have to do! Great attitudes and a great community.
