Arbors on Fourth

The apartment is nice enough, although there have been a few times where people are clearly smoking weed nearby. The upstairs neighbors are quite loud late into the night to the point of me needing to buy a box fan to have near by head to drown out the noise. The main issue though is the fact that the prices are being increased substantially, despite me doing all of my own repairs and never causing any issues. Go somewhere else if you can.

If you’re looking for the best place to live in Moultrie, Arbors on 4th easily outclasses the other apartment complexes in the area. The location alone is a huge advantage, since you’ll have quick access to all the major stores and downtown within minutes, making everyday life way more convenient. What really sets it apart is the reliability. Unlike other complexes around here, I haven’t had to deal with the common issues people always complain about, i.e. water going out or absurd price increases for the value. I currently have a 2,2 and it's MORE than enough and well worth its value compared to the other options in the area. Everything works the way it should at Arbors. On top of that, it’s one of the most affordable options in Moultrie, especially considering the quality you get, and the maintenance team deserves a shoutout. They’re fast, professional, and actually get things taken care of quickly without hassle. They are super friendly too with many of the neighbors. Overall, Arbors on 4 sets the standard for what apartment living in Moultrie should be. I highly recommend you look here first if you will be attending PCOM.

The only real concern and frustration that I have had as a tenant of Arbors on Fourth is that their payment methods were not online, and when they were eventually switched (recently), they are not straight forward. It is unfortunately one of the worst experiences I have had paying rent for a place.
