I've lived here for a year after moving from a college town. The difference is amazing! The staff is friendly and prompt- all service requests have been seen to within 48 hours. The floorplan is better than 99% of one-bedrooms. Overall, love living here.

First, the management could care less. They work 8-5 M-F so good luck getting there to see anyone. Maintenance requests go unattended, or the bare minimum is done. No follow up, or resolution. You will definitely lose your security deposit! I have rented a dozen apartments in my life and have never lost my security deposit, until Sterlington. Second, if you live on the first floor you are going to hear every footstep of the people above. It's so poorly constructed! This place is not worth it. I guarantee you'll be happier anywhere else. ATC Management properties, altogether, should be avoided.

The Sterlington Apartment complex has been a great place to live. Rent is reasonable, location is great, and the office staff have been incredible communicating with tenants. I did a 12 month lease and I have had near 0 maintenance issues. For routine maintenance (air filters, pest prevention etc) the maintenance team has been exceptional with their work, and extremely polite. The only downsides aren't necessarily downsides, because you're paying for what you get, just a place to live and not a lot of fancy extras. But that's ok if you're like me and only here temporarily for work.
