If I could give negative stars, I would. I lived here for 14 months, and the experience was frustrating from day one. There were constant issues that either went unresolved or took far too long to address. Miscommunication started at move-in and never improved. Most recently, my A/C was out for over a month with no updates or clear timeline for repair. I later found out the main maintenance person had left the company—something I was never told. I gave my 30-day notice effective May 1 and was told I’d receive my deposit and May rent back. When Maria finally contacted me, the refund was $1,400 short, and she couldn’t find my ledger to explain why. For a month, I was promised a call from the corporate manager, Courtney. It’s now June 23, and I’ve heard nothing. They do not answer calls, respond to voicemails, or reply to emails. The lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I do not recommend renting here.
